V Cruise Ships is a cruise hospitality training institute in Visakhapatnam. We run diploma and certificate programmes in culinary and hotel management, screen our students in-house, and then put them in front of international cruise lines.

Why V Cruise Ships exists
V Cruise Ships was founded in Visakhapatnam to fix a specific problem: students were paying institutes and reaching cruise-line interviews unprepared, then failing at the panel — not because they could not do the job, but because nobody trained them for how the industry actually hires.
Visakhapatnam is a maritime city — a natural base for cruise-career training with local access to recruiters and seafarer documentation.
We run the checks in-house first, so a candidate is never surprised at the interview — and neither is the recruiter.
We are not a recruitment or manning agency. We are a school. Placement support happens after training, and contracts are signed with the line.
The training environment
Training happens in our institute’s kitchens and service rooms in Dwarakanagar — hands-on hours, tracked attendance and regular assessment.

A ship does not hire a certificate; it hires someone who is ready. Our screening is designed around the requirements of shipboard galley and service roles, and it happens here, before the interview.
