Come in, sit with us, and pick the programme that matches what you can actually do today. Fees and payment options are explained in writing before you commit to anything.
Hands-on hours in our kitchens and service rooms, taught by people who have worked the ships. Attendance and assessment are tracked, and you will know where you stand.
We run the screening in-house before anyone goes forward — trade skill, working English, grooming, documentation. If you are not ready, we tell you and we keep training you.
We put you in front of the cruise line’s own hiring panel and prepare you for it. The employment contract is signed with the cruise line, not with us.

Training is delivered by people with shipboard galley and service-floor experience. Trainer profiles with verified employment history are available at the institute on request.

What “place” means — exactly
We are precise about this because it is the most misused word in this industry.
Interview preparation, documentation coordination, and presenting eligible, ready candidates for relevant cruise-line interview opportunities. One named coordinator from shortlist to sign-on.
A job guarantee, a fixed salary, or a promise of employment. Course completion does not by itself guarantee cruise-line employment.
