Two large cruise ships docked side by side at a Caribbean port
What we teach

Trained to what the ship actually expects

Hotel and galley programmes built around what cruise lines hire for — not generic hospitality theory. Fees, exact duration and eligibility are confirmed on enquiry and explained to you directly, before you pay anything.

Before you pay anyone

What to ask any institute

These four questions separate training institutes from agents who simply collect fees.

01
What happens if I am not ready at the screening?

If you are not ready, you hear it from us first — and we keep training you. That is the difference between an institute and an agency.

02
Will someone explain the fees clearly before I pay?

Yes — fees, duration and exactly what placement support includes are explained to you directly, before you pay anything.

03
Who signs my employment contract?

The cruise line signs it, not us. You see their name, the wage and the contract length before you sign.

04
Can I visit the institute first?

Yes — come and see the kitchens and service rooms before you enrol. We invite it.
