Four hotel departments
You learn the work of the four main departments in a hotel. Part of it is in the classroom. Most of it is hands-on practice.
Restaurant and banquet service. Setting tables, taking orders and serving guests the right way.
Preparing guest rooms to hotel standard. Cleaning, linen and keeping public areas neat.
Welcoming guests. Check-in and check-out. Handling phone calls and guest requests.
Kitchen basics. Hygiene, safe food handling, simple cooking and how a hotel kitchen works.
You also practise, every week: spoken English, grooming and how you present yourself, and interview skills. So you are ready to face a hotel manager with confidence.

Do you guarantee a job?
No. No one can honestly guarantee you a job — the hotel makes the hiring decision. What we do instead: we train you properly, prepare you for every interview, and work with you until you are placed in a hotel role.
I live outside Visakhapatnam. Can I join?
Yes. Students from across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana join us. The training is in person in Visakhapatnam. You can start by phone or WhatsApp video call, and visit with a parent when you are ready. Students from other towns can stay in our hostel. Ask us for the details when we speak, and we will guide you honestly.
What are the fees?
Fees and the installment plan are shared on enquiry. We explain them to you directly, in person, before you pay anything.
Do I need good English to join?
No. Basic English is enough to start. Spoken English practice is part of the course.
Where will I work?
We look for openings in the kind of hotels you see in Vizag and other cities. Where you work depends on the openings at that time and on the hotel’s decision.
Can I move to a cruise career later?
Yes. Any Hotel Operations student can upgrade to the Shore to Sea Diploma later. You pay only the difference. Ask us for the details.
Can we visit before joining?
Yes. Come and see the classrooms and training rooms before you enrol. Parents are welcome too.
