From enquiry to sign-on, nothing hidden
Four steps from enquiry to placement. Fees, exact duration and eligibility are confirmed on enquiry — ask for them in writing before you pay anything.
Eligibility checker
Fill this in and a counsellor responds with an honest answer about what you are eligible for — in writing, before you pay anything.
Typical eligibility
These are the common entry patterns for shipboard galley and service roles. Your exact eligibility depends on the course — confirm on enquiry.
Most cruise galley and service roles require candidates aged 20 and above at sign-on. Diploma courses generally accept students from 18.
A 10th-class (SSC) pass is the usual minimum. Higher qualifications are welcome but not always required.
You need to be physically fit and pass the medical and documentation checks cruise lines require before sign-on.
From enquiry to interview
The whole route, including the part most institutes skip: what happens when you are not ready yet.
Message us on WhatsApp or submit the eligibility form. Tell us your qualification, age and course interest.
A counsellor replies with an honest assessment of your eligibility and which course fits. Typical response within one working day.
See the kitchens and service rooms, meet the trainers, and confirm the programme that matches what you can do today.
Fee structure and payment options are explained in writing before you commit. Attendance and assessment are tracked from day one.
Hands-on hours in kitchens and service rooms, with regular assessments so you always know where you stand.
Trade skill, working English, grooming, documentation and interview readiness — checked here, before any panel.
Ready candidates are presented for relevant cruise-line interview opportunities. The employment contract is signed with the line, not with us.
Checklist
Have these ready when you come for counselling or the campus assessment.
10th / SSC marks memo (or higher qualification certificates if you have them).
Aadhaar / PAN / voter ID — any government photo ID.
Passport is not required to enrol, but knowing its status helps plan the documentation stage for placement.
Shipboard roles require medical fitness; cruise lines set the final medical checks. Be honest about any condition during screening.
We train this. Come as you are — working English practice starts in week one.
What happens when
Typical timing, confirmed in writing at counselling — actual dates depend on the batch and your readiness.
We respond to your enquiry and assess your eligibility honestly.
Skill and English assessment, course confirmation, written fee structure.
In-house screening before any interview — we keep training you until you are ready.
Questions parents ask
Is this a job-guarantee agency?
No. We are a training institute. We train, screen in-house, and support placement. Course completion does not by itself guarantee cruise-line employment.
How do we know the fees are genuine?
Ask for the fee structure in writing before you pay anything. Any institute that will not put it in writing is telling you something.
Can we visit before enrolling?
Yes — come and see the kitchens, service rooms and where training actually happens.
Who will our child work for?
If hired, the employment contract is signed with the cruise line — you see their name, the wage and the contract length before signing.
What if our child is not ready at the screening?
They hear it from us first, and we keep training them. We do not put unready candidates in front of a panel.
