Last updated: 4 October 2026. This page explains what V Cruise Ships collects when you contact us, why, and what we do — and do not do — with it.

The short version: we collect only what's needed to respond to your enquiry, we send it to ourselves via WhatsApp, and we never sell or share it with anyone else. We may also use Meta and Google tools to count visits and measure our ads (see below).

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry or eligibility form on this site, we ask for: your name, WhatsApp number, age bracket, highest qualification, city, course interest, any relevant experience (optional), and your preferred counselling time. We do not ask for payment details, ID numbers, or documents through this website.

How we use it

Submitting a form opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message addressed to V Cruise Ships. Your information is used only to assess your eligibility, recommend a course, and follow up with you by phone, WhatsApp or email. We do not use it for anything else.

Facebook and Instagram lead forms

When you submit our form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta collects the details you enter and passes them to us. We use them only to reply to your enquiry. Meta handles those details under its own privacy policy.

Who we share it with

Nobody. The details you send us go only to V Cruise Ships. We do not sell, rent, or share them with any third party, recruiter, or advertiser.

Analytics and advertising measurement

Our website may use the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to count visits and to measure whether our ads work. These tools use cookies and similar technologies. They receive information such as the pages you view and your device and browser details. We do not send them your fee or health details. Meta and Google handle that information under their own privacy policies.

You can limit this tracking in your browser settings (for example, by blocking third-party cookies), in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, and in your Google ad settings.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you, and enrolment records for as long as needed to support your training and placement process. You can ask us to delete your enquiry details at any time by contacting us using the details above.

Your choices

You can ask, at any time, what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@vcruiseships.in and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will change too. We won't make material changes without making them easy to notice here.
